Analyse and composition of documents

Generally we render legal aid to our clients on the bases of hourly fee, but it is possible to receive the service of analyse and composition of certain documents (in the amount agreed on beforehand) with fixed fee.

It is possible to receive contracts, articles of association and other documents, including analyse of documents with fixed price. For example:

1. We check the accordance of a contract with legal acts.
2. We assess risks related to conclusion of a contract and make recommendations for amending the contract.

We do not represent in court on the bases of fixed fee, but it is possible to receive certain procedural documents with fixed fee (e.g. statement of claim, plea, and appeal).

Legal audit of employment relations

The aim of legal audit of employment relations is to check:

1. Accordance of employment contracts with requirements set out in legal acts;
2. Accordance of contracts of provision of services concluded with employees with requirements set out in legal acts;
3. Presence and accordance with legal acts of necessary instructions and rules;
4. Fulfilment of the obligation to choose the representative of employees and employer;
5. If necessary, the fulfilment of the obligation to consult or inform.

Service of legal secretary

The service of legal secretary grants that the main data and documents of a company, non-governmental organisation or foundation are always correct. More specifically, we render the following legal secretary services:

Checking the data of companies, non-governmental organisations and foundations

We regularly check the accordance of the data in registries with laws and decisions of management bodies, which we have received from our client.

Checking the authorisation of management staff

We regularly check the validity of authorisation of the management and supervisory board. If the authorisations are to be expiring, we let our client know about the need to extend and we prepare all necessary documents for it.

Accordance with the law of articles of association

We regularly check the accordance of articles of association with the law and if necessary, we draft the amendments to the articles of association.

Reminding of deadlines

We inform our client about the deadline of the submission of annual report and prepare necessary documentation.

Composition of documents

We compose drafts of invitations and decisions, and minutes for the meetings of management bodies and arrange the forwarding to the business registry.
